My name is Jean, I am a portrait photographer.
When I look at women in their early 20s, I don’t just see youth — I see a version of myself.
At 22, with two suitcases and $600, I chased a dream I couldn’t yet define.
I started out as a biologist, became a CPA working at Big Four firms, and eventually found my way to portrait photography — the work that finally felt like home.
Now, I create transformative portrait experiences for women in their 40s and beyond - including one radiant 83-year-young - women who are rediscovering their voice, their power, and their beauty.
But I often wonder:
- What if someone had truly seen them at 22?
- What if they had seen themselves?
That’s why I created Forever 22.
Not to freeze anyone in time,
- but to celebrate this powerful season where bold beginnings, honest beauty, and deep self-trust take root,
- before the world tells her who to be.
This campaign is for the young women who are still becoming…
And for the women they’ll one day become.
Because being seen now, just as you are, can echo for a lifetime.
- Jean
